UUsed opens for the season on Saturday, May 11th from 9AM to 12:30PM
The UUsed* Thrift Store is opening on Saturday, May 11, 9A-12:30P. We will continue to be open with the same hours every Saturday during the summer and into the fall. Our store is committed to try to recycle, reuse and repurpose life items. We typically sell adult clothing, household goods (kitchen gear, china and glassware, decor/art, children’s toys, sports/exercise gear and house tools/repair items). When we find them, we sell fun or cultural items that are unusual. Prices are geared to be reasonable. Come check us out.
Donations are our source of sales. Thank you for thinking of us as you weed out your belongings and donate them to UUsed. There are some things that cost to recycle or are not safe to donate.
Do not donate:
*Any motors with gas/ oils in them
*Garden chemicals, household chemicals
*Electronics (they go out of usefulness soo fast),
*TVsLarge furniture (sorry, no storage space)
*No mattresses, quilts/heavy bedding that can’t be washed
*Furniture
Donations may be placed in the Gazebo behind UUFES. Plastic bagged, clean clothing may be placed in the green bin in the gazebo. Donations are always welcome when we are open!
